TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services, programmes, ecommerce platform, website and associated activities operated by i-5 Football Academy, together with associated brands, delivery partners and affiliated organisations including iChieve and Iberopath.
By accessing this website, registering for programmes, purchasing products or services, making payment, attending events or otherwise engaging with i-5 Football Academy, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
“Company” refers to i-5 Football Academy, its directors, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, delivery partners and associated organisations including iChieve and Iberopath.
“Participant” refers to any individual registered on, attending or engaging with any programme, camp, event, service, tour, trial, showcase or activity.
“Parent/Guardian” refers to the legal parent or authorised guardian of a Participant under the age of 18 years.
“Services” refers to all programmes, camps, showcases, Talent ID events, educational services, online services, subscriptions, consultancy services, tours, football activities, merchandise and related products supplied by the Company.
ELIGIBILITY
By engaging with the Company, you warrant and represent that:
• All information supplied is true, accurate and complete
• You possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
• Where registering a minor, you are the lawful Parent/Guardian authorised to provide consent
The Company reserves the right to reject or terminate any registration, booking or service provision at its sole discretion.
SERVICES
The Company provides football development services, Talent ID programmes, educational pathways, international football experiences, online learning, player care services, recruitment support and associated activities.
The Company reserves the right to:
• Modify programme structures
• Alter coaching personnel
• Amend schedules, venues or facilities
• Change accommodation providers
• Cancel or postpone programmes where operationally necessary
No guarantees are provided regarding outcomes, progression, recruitment, contracts, scholarships, representation or football opportunities.
TALENT IDENTIFICATION DISCLAIMER
Participation in any programme, showcase, camp, trial or event does not constitute nor imply:
• An offer of employment
• A professional football contract
• Selection by any football club
• Scholarship placement
• Representation by agents or intermediaries
• Educational acceptance
• Recruitment by partner organisations
Any recruitment decisions remain solely at the discretion of the relevant third-party organisations.
PAYMENTS
All programme fees, deposits, instalments and associated charges shall be payable in accordance with the agreed payment structure.
The Company reserves the right to:
• Refuse access where payment has not been received
• Suspend participation due to non-payment
• Recover outstanding balances through legal means
• Apply administrative charges where appropriate
Payments made are non-transferable except where expressly agreed in writing.
REFUNDS
Deposits, registration fees and booking fees are strictly non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refund requests shall be assessed solely at the discretion of the Company.
No refunds shall be provided for:
• Failure to attend
• Voluntary withdrawal
• Dismissal due to misconduct
• Missed sessions
• Travel disruption outside Company control
Where refunds are approved, administrative deductions may apply.
PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
Participants shall:
• Behave respectfully towards staff and fellow participants
• Follow all instructions and safeguarding procedures
• Refrain from abusive, discriminatory or violent behaviour
• Avoid conduct likely to damage the reputation of the Company
The Company reserves the right to remove Participants without refund for breaches of conduct standards.
MEDICAL DECLARATION
Participants and/or Parents/Guardians warrant that:
• The Participant is medically and physically fit to engage in football activities
• All medical conditions, injuries, allergies and medications have been fully disclosed
• The Company shall be notified immediately of any change in medical circumstances
The Company reserves the right to refuse participation where medical concerns present unacceptable risk.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in football and associated sporting activities carries inherent risks including, without limitation:
• Physical injury
• Illness
• Permanent disability
• Psychological stress
• Death
Participants voluntarily assume all such risks.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company excludes liability for:
• Personal injury arising from ordinary sporting participation
• Loss or theft of property
• Travel disruption
• Third-party failures
• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of opportunity
• Loss of earnings
• Disappointment arising from recruitment outcomes
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence where exclusion is prohibited by law.
MEDIA RELEASE
Participants and Parents/Guardians irrevocably consent to the capture, reproduction and use of:
• Photographs
• Video footage
• Interviews
• Audio recordings
• Social media content
for promotional, educational, scouting, commercial and marketing purposes worldwide without compensation.
DATA PROTECTION
The Company shall process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
Data may be shared with:
• Professional football clubs
• Educational institutions
• Delivery partners
• Medical providers
• Safeguarding authorities
• Recruitment personnel
where reasonably necessary for operational delivery.
INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMMES
International programmes may involve:
• Visa requirements
• Travel restrictions
• Third-party accommodation providers
• Foreign jurisdictions
• Government regulations
The Company accepts no liability for matters outside its reasonable control.
Participants remain responsible for:
• Passports
• Visas
• Insurance
• Travel documentation
• Compliance with local laws
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, branding, programme materials, educational resources, graphics, videos and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the Company unless otherwise stated.
No reproduction or commercial use is permitted without written consent.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for delay, cancellation or non-performance arising from events beyond reasonable control including:
• Natural disasters
• Pandemics
• Government action
• Civil unrest
• Industrial disputes
• Weather events
• Venue unavailability
• Third-party supplier failure
TERMINATION
The Company reserves the right to terminate participation, memberships or agreements immediately where:
• Terms are breached
• Payments remain outstanding
• Conduct is deemed unacceptable
• Safeguarding concerns arise
Termination may occur without refund.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision within these Terms is determined unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, representations or understandings.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
PAYMENT TERMS
All payments made through the i-5 Football Academy ecommerce platform are processed securely through authorised third-party payment providers.
Full payment or agreed instalment payments must be completed by the stated deadlines.
Failure to complete payment obligations may result in:
• Suspension from programmes
• Removal from events
• Loss of booking
• Cancellation of accommodation or travel arrangements
DEPOSITS
All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deposits secure programme placement and cover administration, staffing and operational commitments.
INSTALMENT AGREEMENTS
Where instalment plans are offered:
• The purchaser remains legally liable for the full balance
• Missed instalments may trigger immediate balance recovery
• Access to services may be suspended pending payment
CANCELLATIONS BY PARTICIPANTS
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refund eligibility:
• More than 30 days before commencement, partial refund may be considered excluding deposits and administrative costs
• Within 30 days, no refund shall apply
• Non-attendance shall not qualify for refund
CANCELLATIONS BY COMPANY
Where the Company cancels a programme, the Company may offer:
• Alternative programme dates
• Account credit
• Partial or full refund
The Company shall not be liable for indirect losses including travel or accommodation expenses booked independently.
CHARGEBACKS
Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
• Immediate suspension
• Legal recovery action
• Debt collection proceedings
• Permanent exclusion from programmes

PARTICIPATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The Participant acknowledges that football activities involve inherent physical risk.
Participation is entirely voluntary.
MEDICAL CONSENT
The Participant and/or Parent/Guardian confirms:
• The Participant is medically fit
• Medical disclosures provided are accurate
• Emergency medical treatment may be authorised where necessary
CODE OF CONDUCT
Participants shall:
• Respect staff and fellow participants
• Follow safeguarding and behavioural expectations
• Avoid abusive, discriminatory or violent conduct
• Respect facilities and accommodation
Breaches may result in removal without refund.
TALENT ID DISCLAIMER
No guarantees are provided regarding:
• Professional contracts
• Club trials
• Scholarships
• Recruitment outcomes
• Representation opportunities
MEDIA CONSENT
The Participant grants unrestricted consent for photography, filming and promotional use across digital and printed media worldwide.
LIABILITY WAIVER
The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with football participation.
The Participant releases i-5 Football Academy, iChieve, Iberopath and affiliated organisations from liability except where prohibited by law.
INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMMES
Participants are responsible for:
• Travel documentation
• Visa compliance
• Insurance
• Compliance with local laws
The Company shall not be liable for immigration decisions or travel restrictions.
DATA CONSENT
The Participant consents to the processing and sharing of data where reasonably necessary for operational, safeguarding and recruitment purposes.
